Hi, I'm Diahann
Founder of Bright Healthy Futures
This is my Story
I'm a mum to three adolescent boys, so I get to experience adolescence both professionally and very much at home.
Before Bright Healthy Futures, I spent many years in corporate learning and development, coaching, facilitating and creating training programs. My interest in health came later, following my own health experience and a growing frustration that so much of what I was learning was information I wished I'd known earlier.
That eventually led me to study nutrition and become a certified Functional Nutrition Coach, and later to focus my work on adolescent wellbeing.
Bright Healthy Futures brings together the things I know best — education, health and young people.
I created Bright Healthy Futures because I truly believe this is information every young person should have access to.
"Do the best you can until you know better, then when you know better, do better".

This is our Mission
Adolescence shouldn't feel like an uphill battle for teens - or their parents. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to equip young people with the knowledge, tools and confidence to grow into their brightest, healthiest selves.
We focus on what matters most: mental and physical health, self compassion, and the skills to navigate a world that's nothing like the one their parents grew up in. The stakes are high - mental health stats don't lie - but we're here to meet the challenge with a little science, a lot of heart, and a good dose of humour. After all, who says learning can't be fun?
Bright Healthy Futures is about more than education; it's about transformation - within teens, families, and communities. Together, we're raising a generation that knows how to take care of themselves, each other, and the planet. Because when teens are given the right tools, they don't just shine - they spark a better future for us all.
