Our Commitment to Child SafetyĀ

At Bright Healthy Futures, the safety and wellbeing of children and young people comes first. We are committed to creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment where every student feels heard, valued and supported.

We have zero tolerance for child abuse, neglect, grooming, discrimination and other harm. We listen to children, take concerns seriously and respond promptly. We respect the cultural safety of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and the diverse needs, abilities and backgrounds of every student.

Our programs are delivered with clear professional boundaries and safeguarding procedures, in partnership with schools. We regularly review our practices to keep children safe.

Raising A Concern

If you have a concern about a child's safety or the conduct of Bright Healthy Futures, you can contact us through our usual business contact details or raise the matter directly with the participating school.

If your concern involves the business owner, you may contact the school's Principal or designated safeguarding contact, or the appropriate external authority.

In an emergency, call 000.

For children and young people: If something makes you feel unsafe or worried, tell your teacher or another adult you trust. You have the right to feel safe, be heard and be taken seriously.
